Ben Symes
Ben joined Orme in May 2008, having previously worked at NB Real Estate, Jones Lang LaSalle and CBRE, qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 2002.
Ben specialises in representing retailers; primarily high end fashion and accessory brands in their expansion and property interests across the UK and, increasingly, Europe and the USA. Examples of retained clients he represents include Calvin Klein, PORTS 1961, Acne, Hublot, Longmire, Isabel Marant, Spencer Hart, Issa, Paul & Joe, EAST, Fenn Wright Manson and CARAT*.
When Ben tears himself away from working he enjoys keeping up-to-date with Central London's bars, restaurants and jazz clubs and escaping to the countryside at the weekends.
